These Terms & Conditions regulate the use of the capiorax.com website, operated by Capiorax S.A.S. (Tax ID 30-71899345-2), with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1856, Floor 7, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
1. Purpose
The purpose of capiorax.com is to inform about our real estate crowdlending proposal in Argentina and to allow interested individuals to subscribe to receive information about projects. The site, on its own, does not constitute a public offering of securities or a financial intermediation registered before the National Securities Commission.
2. Acceptance
Using the site implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as of the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any of the points, please do not use the site.
3. Information about projects
The information we publish about real estate developments has descriptive and educational purposes. Each specific investment operation, where offered, is governed by specific documentation and applicable regulations. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.
4. Risks
Investments in real estate projects involve risks, including total or partial loss of the invested capital, construction delays and market variations. We recommend analysing each proposal carefully and, where appropriate, seeking independent advice.
5. Intellectual property
The contents of the site (texts, brands, logos, images and code) are owned by Capiorax S.A.S. or its licensors and are protected by Argentine Intellectual Property Law 11,723 and other related regulations. Total or partial reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site operational and the information up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. Capiorax will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site to the extent permitted by Argentine law.
7. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
