This Privacy Policy describes how Capiorax S.A.S. ("Capiorax", "we") processes the personal data it receives through the capiorax.com website, in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and complementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
Capiorax S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71899345-2, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1856, Floor 7, C1045AAN, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Personal Data Registry AAIP No. 5-0028914.
2. Data we process
We process the data that the user voluntarily provides through the forms on the site: name, email address and, where applicable, any communications shared with us. We may also automatically collect navigation data (IP address, device type, pages visited, date and time of access).
3. Purposes
Data is used to: (i) respond to enquiries and subscribe the user to our newsletter about real estate crowdlending; (ii) inform about project opportunities, participation terms and Argentine market updates; (iii) comply with applicable legal obligations; (iv) improve the content and the experience of the site.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, express and informed consent provided by the user when completing the form, in accordance with Section 5 of Law 25,326.
5. Retention
Data is kept while the user maintains an active subscription or until they request its deletion. Certain records may be kept for longer periods when required by applicable Argentine regulations.
6. Recipients
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with technology service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) that act as data processors under contractual instructions.
7. Rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of their data by sending an email to hola@capiorax.com. They may also file claims with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the control authority for Law 25,326.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss or undue alteration, in line with the standards set forth by AAIP Provision 11/2006 and AAIP Resolution 47/2018.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes of the site. The current version will always be published on capiorax.com with the date of its last update.
